Your First Visit (Day 1): Approx. 30 min.
There is a lot that goes on in the first day and we call this day the “information day.” On Day 1, we dedicate ourselves to learning about you, your function/injury, and your goals. To do this, we conduct a consultation, and a very detailed examination. First visit time (day 1) runs about 30 minutes.
- We typically do not treat on our first visit because we truly want to properly asses your condition, goals, and come up with a concrete treatment plan of how we can best serve you. We have learned that doing all the necessary things in one day has typically been “information overload.”
- If you have not already set up for “Day 2” you will at the end of the appointment on Day 1.
- Please arrive 15 min. early to complete some paperwork (you can access the paperwork by clicking HERE.)
Your Second Day (Day 2):
This is the day that we review all your exam findings with you (report of findings), answer all the questions you may have, and develop a care plan of how to best help you get to your goals! If we are a good fit, we continue on and will jump right into treatment that day.
Follow-up treatment times will be 20-30 minutes.
