Most people who have lower back pain also get a stiff mid back or upper back too!

Often times this is because there are changes in how your spine is moving.  As we move less, or have more lower back pain pain we often lose thoracic spine extension and rotation.

This can also be a problem with poor posture.

This movement is critical for movement, mobility, and the ability to just feel more free.

Here are just a few exercises you can do:  See some of the videos below!

  • Foam rolling the mid-back
  • Extension exercises for back pain
  • Rotation exercises for back pain
  • Open/Close Book
